Waterfall

Begin here.

Running through the open fields, I reach the waterfall. Sitting, staring down at the bottom, he sat. Staring at the waterfall..

Reina followed close behind and saw that two other hybrids were playing in the fields. She could tell that one was male and one female. Smiling to herself she thought "Maybe they become more then friends tonight.." Walking over to the water fall Reina sat down by Scoot, who was still about 20 years old looking. Picking up a flower Reina watch the water rush out. Placing her fingure in the water she began to play with it. Water wasn't her favorite thing, but it was pretty.

I stood up, walking to the middle of the fall I looked down. "Dont be afraid that im gonna die here rei.." I then jumped with my wings longer, and I started falling down the fall and splashed right on the bottom, without a scratch on me..running towards the edge of the dome I stared out the clear dome glass, yelling back at rei "Come here.."

Reina watch as Scooter ran to the edge of the dome. She followed slowly and when she got to were Scooter was she asked "What is it Scoot?" Looking at the glass dome Reina laid her hand on it. It felt cold and dead which gave Reina a shiver.

He went into spirital form and tried to fly straight through the dome, he almost made it through but he got denied back, he kept trying.."I'm going to succed! No matter how much power I use!" I thought to myself..

Reina shook her head sadly as Scooter tired to go through the glass dome. "Scoot your not going to make it just stop..." Reina turned away from him and started back up the path. She was tired of this trying to escape, if she were catch she would be dead. "Well I'm problably going to die soon anyway.." Reina thought as she got to the top of the waterfall. Turning her back toward Scoot Reina walked back toward her room.

((Going back toward the dorm))

Arina walked out into the opening where a waterfall ran, it was quite and plesant here. She wined with pleaure as she layed down by a large tree and curled up, her wing covering her face to shield her eyes from light. The sound of the water was soothing as she started to sleep. This was her first day alive, and as it was, she was free to roam the dome, get adjusted to her new home.

I led Poseiden into the fields..and I ran very fast to the Waterfall, waiting for him to catch up..

"Ah yes natural water." Poseidon thought to himself. He was still trying to get used to the new clothes so he decided to take his sandals off and let his feet rest in the water. He lay back and tried take a small nap.

I spread my wings out long, and then I went to the edge of the waterfall and I jumped into the air high, and flying straight down for the bottom of the waterfall..I splashed in hard, coming out without any scratches, and without being hurt.."That was fun.."

Poseidon looked up just in time to see Scooter jumping off the edge of the waterfall. "Hey Scoot!" he yelled down to the young hybrid, "Are you okay?"

"Yeah I'm Fine" I yelled back, sounding completely fine. I then noticed a pet store being finished in the Shopping Plaza, I yelled back "Hey, I'm going to go buy a pet.." I flew quickly into the halls to the plaza.

Poseidon saw the waterfall and quickly changed into his shark form. The collar was rubbing against his gills and hurt a bit. Taking some water from the river he froze it in between his collar. It helped a bit, but he knew that water would help. He turned over to Hunter and said, "I will meet you at the bottom." then starting off at a run he jumped into the river and went down the waterfall.

Poseidon swam to the surface and looked at Hunter. He didn't bother changing from his shark form. "Actually I haven't really thought about it." Poseidon then asked, "Why?"

"No I pretty much lived alone with my parents until they sold me to the government." Poseidon said. He was actually glad that he had to leave them. Now he was with other kids who were going through just about the same thing he was. Jumping out of the water he changed back into his human form and decided to eat again. "I'm getting hungrier faster now, does that happen to you?" he asked. He hoped nothing was wrong with him.

Hunter gave a snort laugh and said "Not really, but thats because I'm not a shark hybrid..Umm want to go to the cafateria? I heard the food free and hay can't beat that.." Hunter change back into his human form and added "Come on..Lets see what they have then we can go check on Scooter.." Hunter started to walk toward the dome door.

I walked towards the rushing waterfall, I brought my hand up and felt the water rushing over it, I looked around and noticed a few flowers here and there, but it seemed that there just weren't enough. I waved my hands over the flowers and they began to grow faster, more flowers were coming out of the bush as a root came out of the ground it cam near my face and the root sprouted a small lily, this always happens so it wasn't unusual to me.

Nikolai was hanging upside down from one of the trees when he saw Mina. He sat up in the tree, plucked some of the flowers off the branch and jumped down. Nikolai walked over to Mina, tapped her on the shoulder and said, "Here, I found these near the top of the waterfall...special...er...trip?"

"Hm?" I turned around to see Nick "Oh hey, Nick, thats a pretty flower, its a water Hyacinth, pretty rare for somewhere around here. I'm going to extract a seed real quick so hold that okay?" I asked, I waved my hand over the flower and extracted a seed, I dropped the seed in the ground and it began to grow. "I'm glad you found that before somebody stepped on it." I smiled at him as the root grew out and a lily bloomed. I petted the lily a bit and smiled again.

Nikolai bent down and plucked the lily off the ground and put it into Mina's hair. "I was hoping you would do that. Its said that it can grow rapidly if too many seeds are planted, thank god this only had one seed." And after he put it in her hair, he climbed back into the tree he was in and sat on a branch.

I smiled and petted the small lily in my hair, I looked over and noticed a few burnt places in the ground, I frowned at the small spot and waved my hand over the burnt spot and the grass began to grow back but healthy this time. I formed a few roots from the bush I found before and it formed a small stool, a few roses came out of the sides of the stool making a more elegant look to it.

Nikolai looked down and saw her growing roots and fixing the grass. He tossed her an acorn from the tree. "Go over to that empty lot and grow a tree from this, then I will be impressed!" And he pointed to a blank spot of grass, no trees, no flowers.
